A qualified Company Secretary and law graduate, Sharadha serves as Legal Head and founding employee of Tata dian Institute of Skills, a joint initiative between the Tata Group and the Government of India. She provides strategic legal guidance for this critical national skill development initiative and has worked closely with Mr. Venu Srinivasan (TVS Group Chairman), Mr. Mehli Mistry, and Mr. Siddharth Sharma (CEO, Tata Trusts).
